  • 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder

  4. Sprinkle dry ingredients over wet and fold with a spatula until combined and no streaks of flour remain. Don’t overmix.
  5. Spoon batter into a 1/4-cup measuring cup to perfectly fill it to the top. Then scoop that batter into each muffin cavity.
